A central responsibility of being an Elder is being able to listen to God and discern His seasons and callings for our church and our people. As an Elder you look at serving Christ and His Church in a unique way. Having the heart of an elder means yearning to see both new people coming to faith in Christ as well as those already on the journey, growing in a closer relationship with Jesus every day.
