Card making, Scrap-booking, Knitting plus one new craft weekly are also bringing you a special tasty treat for four weeks with Jen's Kitchen, a well known tutor.

Practical cooking demonstrations and key topics each week!

• Vegetarian / Gluten Free

• Best ways to freeze/defrost left-overs

• Secrets to supermarket shopping on a budget

• Soups, Crock pots, Slow-cookers
